Hi friends! I know it's been a long while since I've posted. Like I always say, sometimes life gets in the way. And because this is not my full-time job (a girl can dream), I've had to focus on getting settled in my current full-time job which I started just at the beginning of this year. With all of this being said, I remember that I made a New Year's Resolution to blog more - so I'm going to try to stop having these awful long hiatuses.
Now that we've gotten that out of the way - Nordstrom is currently having their Half Yearly Sale (through June 5th) and it's kind of a big deal (their Anniversary Sale with even bigger mark downs begins on July 22nd so mark your calendars)! I wanted to post a few of my favorite items from this sale, because like I said earlier... a girl can dream, right?
1. BP Scalloped Bikini Bottoms - Warm weather is in full swing and how adorable is this scalloped bikini bottom? I'm a sucker for anything scalloped - and my closet mostly consists of black and white items, so of course I'm loving this item. And what better time to order this beautiful little while piece than Memorial Day weekend!
2. Caslon Lace Trim Ruffle Blouse - This top is just so classic. If you can't tell from the above photo, I'm on a white and cognac trend lately. I would totally wear this top on casual Friday at work with my fav jeans - or even out to a casual dinner with friends.
3. Street Level Tassle Crossbody Bag - This is the perfect bag for festival season. Whenever I'm traveling, I always try to grab a crossbody bag to fit all of my essentials. I don't want to drag around my big shoulder bag - and how cute is the tassle? This bag is a must-have for the price!
4. Lush Print Popover Romper - Rompers are quickly becoming my favorite. They're my go-to for a night out on the town. I don't have to worry too much about an outfit when I have a cute romper hanging in my closet! I love the print of this romper and the back is just as cute as the front with a little keyhole element.
5. Tory Burch 'Fleming' Quilted Sandal - My Tory sandals are my absolute favorite sandals in my closet (and that's saying a lot because many of you may know of my Jack Rogers obsession). I have the classic Miller sandals and they are so comfortable and lightweight, so I can only imagine that these are the same. I would size up half a size if ordering though - TB shoes always seem to run small.
There ya have it folks! My top 5 picks from the Nordstrom Half Yearly Sale. I tried to keep the price point pretty low seeing as I've moved into a new house (and my current lease is not fully complete) so my money is pretty tight for the next 2-3 months. But these items are all wonderful, especially at their sale prices!
