Plan To Do Great Things.

Hey y'all! I told you I would be back soon... sorry for the short hiatus!

Anyways... I wanted to do a review of my new best friend. Call me crazy for that last sentence, but this thing literally never leaves my side. YES, I am talking about my planner! This year I went with the Kate Spade Green Painterly Cheetah Large Agenda... and I am obsessed with it.

I've always considered myself a pretty organized person when it comes to school and things that I need to get done. But if it's not in my planner, I will most likely forget about it. My first three years of college, I owned a Lilly Pulitzer agenda and I absolutely loved them. My favorite was my jumbo agenda from last year... I have a busy life so I thought I needed a bigger, fancier planner. I was constantly picked on for having an agenda the size of my college textbook, but I didn't care. I was fabulous and so was my agenda. But then I found my planner soulmate. My favorite roadtripper (to class and work). That's right... my Kate Spade planner.

I understand that Lilly Pulitzer planners have stickers and pretty prints, and don't get my wrong. I LOVE THEM. But I needed a little bit of change for my last year of college, and this was the perfect amount of change. I absolutely love the print of the planner. I'm a sucker for greens, and ikat/cheetah prints, and gold... I LOVE GOLD. But I think it is the simplicity of this planner that really sold me. My favorite detail would have to be the cute little sayings at the beginning of each month (especially the one for May, my birthday month.... see picture below).

I most definitely will treat myself, Kate.

The overall feel of this planner is very chic and professional. The price of this planner is $36, but it is well worth it. Trust me, once you purchase this baby, you'll understand. Hurry up and grab one before we get too far into 2015!

All hail Queen Kate Spade.

I'm back!

Hi friends! I know it's been a little while since I've posted, but I promise I have not forgotten about you all! I've been getting adjusted to an 18 hour (last) semester of college and a 25+ hour work schedule on top of that, but I will be posting soon! Look out for a post soon about my review on the Kate Spade Green Painterly Cheetah planner within these next few days! My planners are my life, so I figured I would share a few things with all of you!

Have a fabulous day!

Dreaming of High Temps

The weather has been crazy lately in Wilmington, North Carolina! Yesterday I left my house around 8AM and it was 13 degrees. THIRTEEN DEGREES. That is seriously not okay! I had to dig around my apartment for my gloves!

Living on the coast has major ups when it comes to weather. It was 75 degrees here on December 1st. No kidding, my friends were out laying on the beach (lucky ducks). So with this bout of cold weather, I've been dreaming about my tan skin (R.I.P) and warmer weather. I've decided to put together my own personal 'Warm Weather Wishlist' to help get me through this cold and dreary week.

1. Oversized Mirrored Cateye Sunnies. These are the PERFECT pair of sunnies for cheap - only $24.50 right now! I would take these beauties to the beach or out on the boat with me in a heartbeat. They're the perfect size to keep those rays out of your eyes!

2. Triangl Bambi Bubble Mint Bikini. Triangl has a GORGEOUS line of bathing suits. Their suits range from vibrant colors to your simple black bikini. They are more expensive - racking up at $79 for the set, but they're absolutely adorable. You'll definitely stand out at the beach or pool with this bikini!

3. Breezy Does It Sage Green Tie-Dye Shift Dress.  I absolutely love the look of this dress. It's perfect for a casual dinner out or to throw on and wear running errands! The open shoulders really gives it a perfect beach boho feel. This dress is only $45 and should be a staple in every fashionistas warm weather closet!

4. Tory Burch Lilah Wedge. These are the perfect spring/summer wedges. The braided straps give them a casual but elegant feel. And guess what? They come in brown too! Although expensive at $350, these wedges are sure to last.

5. Victoria's Secret Linen Beach Pant. There is nothing like a lightweight pair of linen pants in the summer. Linen is a thin fabric, so these wide leg pants will keep you very cool! These pants come in all different colors and patterns, but I love the neutral bone color. It can be paired with any bathing suit. These pants are $44.50, but you will get a lot of use out of them on your beach vacay!

6. Victoria's Secret Tassle-Trim Caftan.  If you look in my closet, you will realize that a majority of my wardrobe consists of stripes. So naturally, when I saw this coverup, I fell in love! The pom-pom detail outlining this coverup makes it really stand out. Just like the linen pants, you will definitely get a lot of use out of this piece when you make your trip to the beach! This coverup is a tad more expensive at $79.50, but just look at it! Who could pass up something so adorable?

7. Vineyard Vines Tassle Bangle. I can't deny it, I am in love with this bangle. The tassle ads a boho-chic feel to an otherwise simple bangle. And who doesn't love gold? If any of you know me personally, you know that 99% of my jewelry is gold. This fabulous bangle is only $38!

8. Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Dry-Touch Sunscreen. You shouldn't be out in the sun without some sort of sunscreen. I love this sunscreen because it is super healthy for your skin and it dries almost instantly... so you don't have to worry about feeling gross and oily when you're trying to get a beautiful tan! You can get this sunscreen at just about any drugstore for less than $10!

Needless to say, I'm more than ready for some warm weather and tan lines! What's on your Warm Weather Wishlist? Let me know in the comments below. And stay warm out there y'all!
