Dainty and Delicate Necklaces

1 // 2 // 3 // 4 // 5

We all know that saying - less is more. There is just something so lovely about a simple, dainty necklace. A small pendant can really pull an outfit together. These necklaces are a great way to make a statement, while keeping it small and simple.

1. Baublebar 'Crystal Wand' Pendant - I wore a necklace very similar to this to my sister's bridal shower. It was paired with a navy tie-dye swing dress. I received so many compliments on the necklace - I was so surprised that so many people actually notice the small details.

2. Half United 'The Tiny Top' Pendant - Half United is a wonderful company started in my very own Wilmington, NC. For every product purchased with this company, you provide 7 meals for a child in need. I purchased this necklace last year and while moving out, I was carrying a few boxes and dropped them and ripped the necklace right off of my neck. It didn't feel too great at all, but I was even more heartbroken that I had destroyed my favorite necklace. My sister knew how much I loved this necklace, so she bought me a new one for Christmas. She's just fabulous!

3. Gorjana Tanner Toggle Necklace - This necklace is the perfect amount of delicate. I love that it kind of has two parts to it - the design of this piece is just great. I received a necklace very similar to this in my Rocksbox and wore it multiple times.

4. House of Harlow Peak to Peak Pendant - I absolutely adore House of Harlow. I own a few pieces of this brand and have never been disappointed. As a UNC fan, I'm loving this Carolina Blue color they've been incorporating into so many of their pieces. You just might find this necklace hanging around my neck in the near future.

5. Kendra Scott Cami Necklace in White Opal - Kendra Scott never lets you down in the dainty department. Many, if not all, of her pieces have beautiful stones fused into the design. I am falling so hard for this opal stone, it just might surpass my love of druzy stone. I love that this necklace is shorter - it sits right at your collar bone and looks oh so lovely.

Easter Dresses to Die For

Easter is one of my absolute favorite holidays. We get to celebrate our Savior and wear cute dresses. I mean come on, that's a no-brainer. Now I'm going to spill the beans... I won't be purchasing an Easter dress this year. I'll be camping in the tiniest of tiny cabins with my boyfriend for a few days, so I'll be off the grid wearing not-so-fashionable hiking boots and fishing waders. But a girl can dream about the perfect Easter dress, right? I wanted to share my favorite Easter dresses for this year with you all. I challenged my best friend and blogger over at Coconut + Pink to post about her top 4 favorite Easter dresses as well, so check her post out her post!

1 // 2 // 3 // 4

1. Lilly Pulitzer Philomena Maxi in Green Sheen on Point Print - Okay, y'all - I saw this dress in the Lilly store a few weeks ago and I've been raving over it ever since. It is absolutely stunning. Who says you can't wear a maxi for Easter? I think that this dress is the perfect dress for Easter Sunday - it will most certainly keep your legs warm if it's a bit chilly inside of your church! Also, if any of you know my handsome man, Turner, point him towards this dress. My birthday is less than 2 months away!

2. Tuckernuck Rose Go Go Dress - This dress is so chic and elegant. The back of the dress is a bit lower with some button detailing, I promise it's not scandalous! Pair this dress with some ankle strap sandals and you've got the classiest of Easter outfits.

3. Lovers + Friends Caspian Shift Dress - I tried this dress on last week and immediately fell in love. The fabrication of this dress is on point. It's definitely a dress that you can wear over and over and style many different ways. And the coral color is just perfect for Easter!

4. Lilly Pulitzer Pearl Shift Dress in Poolside Blue Going Stag Print - Yes, I know I've shared two Lilly Pulitzer dresses. But let's be real, LP has the ultimate Easter dresses. The colors and prints just scream Easter Sunday to me. And this dress is really beautiful. I love that the print doesn't have too much going on - the white lace neckpiece is able to really stand out. I can see this dress just flying off of the racks.

Now of course, we all know the reason for Easter is to celebrate the wonderful resurrection of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. What an absolutely beautiful story. I am so thankful that He died for us so that we may have eternal life. He made the ultimate sacrifice by dying for our sins, and for that I am forever thankful.

"He is not here, but is risen." - Luke 24:6

Spring Lilly

Spring has sprung! Happy fourth day of Spring, my friends! I absolutely love this season - the weather is starting to warm up and I can pull out all of my wonderful bright printed clothing. I am absolutely loving this Colette Tunic Dress from one of my all time favs, Lilly Pulitzer. This dress has been sitting in my closet for a month or two, and I'm so glad that I can finally break it out. It's the perfect amount of breezy and the bell sleeves give it a retro feel. I paired it with a pair of basic nude pumps and some fun jewelry and voila! Such a fun dress for Easter - especially if it's still going to be a bit chilly wherever you are!

Work, Work, Work, Work, Work

Many of you may not know, but at the beginning of the year I took a new job! I took this new job as an opportunity to update my lacking work wardrobe. Now if you know anything about me, you know that I'm always down for a good deal. So to get some new items, I headed to the outlet stores. I stopped at the LOFT outlet and found so many perfect items, but because I'm a baller on a budget, I only purchased two skirts (and two pair of pants from Gap). Believe it or not, Turner (my wonderful boyfriend) actually picked this skirt out and I loved it. Ladies, if you can find a man to take you shopping, don't pass him up. Even if he does stop at every store that's playing the current sports game. I paired this skirt with a basic J.Crew top and my favorite Nine West heels that I got on steal a few years ago. My accessories are both Kendra Scott. I got the ring a few months ago on sale at Lord+Taylor, and the earrings came in my latest Rocksbox! I am obsessed with these earrings. I actually bought them from my box, so you'll be seeing more of them. Rocksbox is a monthly jewelry subscription. I've been using it for almost 7 months now and I seriously love it! If you'd like to try one month free, just sign up using my code 'MORGANBFF257' - one month of free jewelry sounds like a pretty sweet deal to me! You can always cancel before the second month if you're not a fan, but trust me, you'll love this subscription service. I've loved every single piece of jewelry I've received!

Faux Fur + Kate Spade

Happy Monday! I know the weather is starting to warm up a little bit in Wilmington, but I just wanted the chance to break out my favorite faux fur vest (say that five times fast) while I still could! I purchased this vest from none other than Bevello after Christmas, and it has definitely been a staple item in my wardrobe this winter. This vest is perfect for a night out on the town. This item will most definitely keep you warm and keep you looking stylish without having to cover up your entire outfit. Of course, I had to pair it with my trusty booties. Let me tell y'all something about these booties - one of my good friends gave them to me last year because she didn't wear them as much as she thought she would. They're half a size too big so I double up on socks when I wear them but they have literally been my go-to shoe this winter! I know, I need to just buy some in my size but I'm going to wear these babies until they're falling apart. This outfit is so simple but so classic. And this bag is to die for! I am determined to find ways to style it well into summer because I just love it so much. Many thanks to my handsome man for getting me this bag for Christmas. He really does love me!

Currently Loving | 3.2.2016

I know I have definitely been missing for the past two weeks - I'm sorry! I had a lot going on. I celebrated my soon-to-be-married (17 DAYS, MAGS!) twin sister with her Bachelorette Party in Charleston, SC and have had busy weeks and weekends since. I know, I know - no excuses. I did want to hop on the blog and share with you all a few items that I'm currently loving and let you all know that I'm still alive.

If you can't tell by my five #currentlyloving picks, I'm ready for Spring! The weather has been beautiful here in Wilmington these past few days and it's really giving me Spring Fever. I'm ready for more consistent warmer weather and days spent out on the water with my handsome man.

1. Kendra Scott 'Elle' Drop Earrings - These earrings are beautiful! I've always been partial to Kendra Scott. She makes some gorgeous jewelry. I requested these in my RocksBox and was so surprised when they and a Kendra Scott necklace arrived in my mailbox! RocksBox is literally my addiction. I'm on month 6 of receiving beautiful jewelry and have not one regretted my subscription. If you're interested in trying RocksBox, you can get a free trial month if you use my code 'MorganBFF257'

2. Rebecca Minkoff Sophia Clutch - Everyone needs a little pop of color added to their wardrobe. This cluth is selling out quick everywhere. It is most definitely a coveted item. I look at this clutch and literally think to myself how fabulous it would look paired with a white dress and wedges. Someone take me to a tropical island with this bag - I'm begging you!

3. Tuckernuck Blue Minza Pillow Case - This pillow screams southern summer. And the subtle tassle detailing is just adorable! I can go ahead and tell you that this royal blue and white trend is going to quickly become one of my favorites. These pillows will look fabulous in those beautiful white wicker chairs you've probably been eyeing for quite some time now.

4. Lilly Pulitzer Linden A-Line T-Shirt Dress - When I found out that Lilly Pulitzer was bringing back one of my favorite prints (For The Halibut) for their latest line, I freaked out. I literally want every single item in this print because I'm that obsessed. The Elsa top is on my list too. I have a feeling my next paycheck isn't going to last very long!

5. Kristin Cavallari Larox Wedge Sandal - Wedges are a staple in my closet. If I could, I would wear wedges every single day. But when it's 30 degrees outside, that's not the smartest decision I could make. These wedges are going to be great this Spring season. The light grey color will go with so much without making outfits look too Summer-y.

Keep a look out for more things to come. I promise I won't take another 2 week hiatus without warning you all beforehand! Happy shopping, friends! xoxoxo
